I can tell you another name or two that can cause issues. When I was a teenager I had a female Collie named Lady. Lady was out in the front yard and I wanted her to come in but she was busy sniffing around. I finally yelled Lady get your a** in hear. Well a couple of ladies were walking in the street behind the pine tree I didn't see and the dog was out of there view. If looks could kill I wouldn't be here right now.
I have had several Collie rescues over the years and usually do not change their names to avoid confusion. The one exception was a Collie called Copper because of his unique color, well we have a cop in the neighborhood and I didn't want to be yelling out Copper so his name was changed to Cooper and was a easy change for the Collie.
