- corgi-travelerExplorerSorry about Gyp. Hope you can get her though this. Any idea what triggered it?
- CA_POPPYExplorerBeautiful pups, love the little pink feet! I'm so sorry about Gyp. Is vestibular disease unusual at 13 yrs?
- RBakExplorerThanks Mark. Loved the photos. Hope you post one of Graham soon and that he is feeling better. Prayers coming your way - I pray for the animals a lot! You and Renee are wonderful compassionate people.
Bless you!
Rita, Andy and Nicky - Little_KopitExplorerThank you for these shots.
Of course, we all want to see Graham looking just as good as his brothers.

Friday night I found Gyp (13 years old) with the symptoms of vestibular disease.
Friday night Graham was not eating well so I stayed up till 3am feeding him small amounts every hour. Today he is starting to nurse on BJ.
Graham is not in these photos - corgi-travelerExplorerKeeping fingers and paws crossed for little Graham.
The Volhard puppy test might be helpful, around 6-8 weeks of age, as another measure of his cognitive ability. - CA_POPPYExplorer

After all this intense interaction, I'll bet Graham is going to be really bonded to you two, especially Renee. I'm predicting you're going to have a really wonderful dog there. :) - BCSnobExplorerMy wife is planning on spending a lot of time teaching Graham tricks as a means to assess his learning ability.
- Deb_and_Ed_MExplorer IIIt's sounding good!
My first Aussie ever was a cattle-farm reject who had been kicked in the head by an aggressive cow as a puppy. The only sign I ever saw of him being "not normal" was that learning tricks beyond "shake hands" (and THAT took about a month!) was just beyond him....LOL! But his innate ability to go out and round up the horses, play with and watch over kids, etc was fine. I guess the proper label would have been "learning disabled". - BCSnobExplorerThere was/is no evidence of swelling in Graham's eyes; there was some above his eye brow which is now gone.
The pups’ eyes are just starting to open.
They are all doing the “drunken sailor walk” around the whelping pen. Graham’s walking is as good and as straight as the other pups.
Two of the pups are starting to interact (play) with each other; the very beginnings of stalk&bounce and wrestling.
