have you ever wondered

My Aussie always called me Ralph,but only at suppertime.

My cat Spike probably call me lucky, lucky to have him to care for and lucky that I fed him often enough that he didn't have to tear my hand off. Whatever it was, I was lucky enough to have him for 18 years.

As long as it's not "food", "dinner", "snack", "toilet", etc., then I'm OK.

Since I got all my cats when they were little kittens, my last just 4-5 weeks old rescue, they likely thought I was their "mommy"? Even-though, I'm a guy. :B
