How long a leash?
Ok many CG's allow pets, great. Most if not all CG's state that pets in my case dog must be attached at all times, that I can understand as some people have no control over their dog. So my question ...

Flexi leads do NOT 'bring' your dog back to you. The retract button will NOT reel your dog back in.
In fact when your dog is 'that' far away from you 2 things most likely will happen that you will NOT be close enough to your dog to prevent. Your dog will bite someone or your dog will be attacked by another dog and you will be powerless to do anything.
I will not walk my dog at a CG if another camper is out using a flexi lead. I find them very irresponsible letting their dogs come right up to me and my dog while they are 20 feet away laughing usually saying my doggie wants to meet your doggie.:R:R
IMHO flexi leads should be banned at all CG's. They are already banned at most event venues. All CG's need to get on board with this too.
