Also I read, if there is a description of the dog (female only home, no other dogs, needs special meds, etc) before I even consider asking questions or filling out an app.
I am not sure why another female would send up a "red flag." We adopted another female 10 year old dog and within a very short time she was on the sofa sleeping right beside our other dog.
Haven't ruled out a male but frankly thought the "alfa" would be more in female to male than female/female.
Yes I know there are crazies out there trying to adopt and that is why I am such an open book when I fill out an app or ask questions. Anyone can find out about me very quickly, if they so desire. Jan
