Go to a Pet Shop and buy food especially for Hamsters. They need certain vitamins you can put in their water, certain foods, and wood toys (non-toxic) to keep their teeth filed. Ask if any of the clerks are knowledgeable about Hamsters.P.S. They make great pets and are very clean.

When I was say 50 years younger, I fed my hamster sunflower seeds. Lived a good while until he chewed his way out of the wooden cage (yeah I know a bad idea) and my mom's cats got him.

Sunflower seeds? So basically, you just feed them like wild birds. :@ We feed the birds, and sunflower seeds are the most popular, with thistle being second. Do hamsters eat thistle seed. :@

Super duper premium hamster chow, of course.I think they also enjoy a bit of fresh fruit or veggie each day. And I've heard they prefer organic. ;)

But he doesn't have a hamster. So after the babies are born he won't have 19 (or is it 20?) hamsters. I'm sure he'll enjoy all those furries that aren't running around his house. ;)

Feed her very well, of course, because she's eating for 19. They are born pregnant, I believe, and stay that way all their lives. What fun you'll have with all those little furries running around your house!

Oh, I wonder about lots of stuff that have no direct meaning or influence to me. :h

I remember more than once wondering why some large institutions have their automatic lawn sprinklers going when it's pouring down rain. Maybe somebody could figure out how to have a "rain gauge shut off" feature so they don't uselessly water already sodden ground. :@

you don't feed the hamster to the snakes. you chop up the snakes and feed the pieces to the hamster.

Metamucil for fiber.
Caviar for omega 3.
Only the finest spring water harvested from mountain lily dew drops.

I DO NOT HAVE A GUINEA PIG.

Hmmmm . . . does this quality as "Super duper premium", or is Purina on the "no no" list. :@

Definite no no. Total garbage.

A little birdy (we're back to birds again???) told me that this one is a good choice. Notice it says "supreme" right there in the name. ;)
