Had a cat like that: the problem was he never closed the door behind himself. Would leave the front door wide open as well as every other door not locked.

ROFL!!!!! Jack, my Cattle Dog could slide open the pocket door to our downstairs bathroom with his nose. Gave a few guests quite a startle!!

My kids, grown up now, still remember me blaming them for leaving the gate open, until I figured out the shepherd was letting herself out.:R

as long as they don't show up with a bag.... ours does the same thing- pushes the door open. one time when showering Max chased Tessa into the shower- it was too funny!

I always teach dogs to get in the shower (when invited) for easy baths.

Maybe they are just returning the favor since most of us accompany them while they are doing their business!

Yep. No matter what I go for, the dog always comes in to peek and see what I am doing.

I haven't gone to the bathroom by myself in like - FOREVER!!! Only had a couple dogs that stepped into the shower while I was in it though!! :-)

Ya have to admit (or at least I do) you secretly love it.
