That happened to us also,,Snickers my 160 lb+ Lab Mastiff just used the dog bath at our local Pets Mart, as we were walking up to pay, we found out he was so excited he had diarrhea,, Oh my!! Almost emptied out the store! One of the kids working there directed me to a isle post that had paper towels and a small bottle of spray,,, I asked for a mop and he told us they don't have one for that!! After a few minutes of the paper towels,,, the manager came out with a mop!! I cleaned it up an apologized,, The last couple of times we went back,, they kept a close eye on us!! OOPPSS "Sheet Happens"!!
