Glad to hear she's crate trained... That's always helpful. And you know, there's always going to be stuff like this that crops up with a puppy or a new dog. You may just need to go back to basics a little on rainy days and take her out and make sure she's "empty" when she comes in.
I have several that are of the opinion that going out in the rain is dangerous because after all, sugar melts and they're sure that's what they are made of. But just the one that would rather play than pee sometimes... and I do have the potty pool for indoor use when it's too wet out.
