Losing our pets
I see we lost 3 dogs last week. I just want to say how wonderful it is to be able to post our grief and receive the support from this forum. It helps to know so many people - and people we haven't me...

Bottom line is I miss all my pets, I loved them all dearly and was devastated when they died. I miss each and every one of them to this day.
I also have two great dogs that help fill my life with love and fun and a lot of happiness.
But my Mom and my Dad, well you only get one of those in you life time. I was extremely close to my parents and I miss them a great deal to this day.
There are so many family events that would have meant a lot to my parents and they are missed and it's a hole that a pet cannot fill.
I understand how some don't feel that way and I'm not judging anyone but there is no way for me to miss any pet more than my Mom & Dad.
