loud dog

My wife and dog had a long nap this afternoon in her recliner. The snoring was so loud, I had to go in the other room to watch TV. The pug that is, not the wife.

  • Jake, one of our ESPs, snores like a freight train. Jesse, the other ESP, chirps at times. Our son used to get frustrated in the Endura because the dog crates were next to the sofa bed. WE closed the door to the bedroom!
  • My brother had a pug and on a visit to their home Pogo chose to sleep in our bedroom. We had to kick him out because of the snoring, he went back to his normal bed and had to enjoy his aunt and uncle during daylight hours.
  • I think my DW and the dog compete at night. Best part is the new little dog has chimed in on this chores at night. So that makes three of them. A truck stop would be much more quite.

Funny! Several years ago DH was snoring really loud keeping me awake. I said, "D*AMN IT!" Our red heeler, Emily, started pawing at him. DH felt that, turned over and quit snoring. A few nights later, I woke up again and just made a "grunt" noise, and Emily came back over and did the same. From then on, if Emily knows I am awake and DH is snoring...she puts her front paws up, paws him to turn over. Works great! And to be honest, DH has been awakened by my snoring & Emily refuses to do anything. Good Dog!!!

That is just too funny! Good Dog! Ha ha.

  • Our Blue Heeler/Rott snores. And our Jack Russell mix growls and barks in her sleep. Then her legs start kicking. We say she's chasing bunnies! Lol!
  • Last night I awoke to loud snoring. Didn't think it was the DH because he wears a cpap. realized it was Jasmine - laughed for 5 minutes!!!!
  • That funny! Our dachshund sleeps between us every night. When I wake up in the middle of the night, the dog and the wife are SNORING. It's hysterical. One night I actually recorded it and used it as a ring tone on my phone! Then my wife got even and one night when she woke up, she recorded the dog and ME snorting and then put it on Face Book! We still laugh, and snore together, about that! The dog has started barking in his sleep now. Way too funny!
