Take a deep breath and relax. It is a loss that can be profound for everyone involved. A pet is a family member. Time does heal.

I am so sorry for your loss. I know Mandie is at peace but it will be a difficult adjustment for you. Glad you are taking some time to rest. This is one of the most difficult decisions we pet families have to make, but it is our final gift of love to them. We went through this with our Taz (also CHF) just 3 years ago.

I'm so sorry. What a harrowing few days on the road, you've had! You made the right decision to stop traveling and gather yourselves together again. It's true that eventually, you'll smile more than you'll cry when you think of her, but that takes its own good time. I'm glad you have the other dear pets to focus on. We understand..
