The breed/size I can understand, and that is sometimes based on insurance regulations. It;s the campgrounds that, just last year, had no limits. Now they have limits.
It's because it's bad enough when people have 2 dogs and they wont clean up after them. It's very common to see people not clean up. Their special and dont stoop to that level. It's for us reglur people.
