I will help you understand the rule
1) the limit is 2 dogs
2) not all people take care of their dogs
3) not all people like dogs
4) their campground, their rules
5) I would report you when you left and your 4 dogs barked
6)The rules have been around for a while seems like more places are putting them in. If every one was taking care of their animals then the rules might not be necessary

X2 If 10 campsites brought 4 dogs a piece that would be 40 DOGS alone. Way too many. Obey the rules please.
