Farmers has some creative fun commercials and good spokesman too.
To bad their actual customer service stinks
When we came off the road and bought another S&B I swapped truck insurance to local Farmers Agent.
Decent premiums at first. 6 month policy.......and premium increased each renewal. No claims/no tickets just slow increase.
First it was $20 then $35 then it went up $50.
I asked agent what was going in..replied Oops a 'discount' was overlooked.
Premium dropped $45.
Then next renewal back up again.
Hey agent What's UP?.........5 days later Don't know why but if you cancel current policy I can write a new one for lower premium :S
So I cancelled :B
But went with AARP Hartford...much better and no games
They don't have as good/funny commercials though.
Farmers DOES do that pretty good................
