Merry Christmas from Ecuador




things are going as well as can be expected...Wayne is still in Canada so we will be apart at Christmas for the first time in 28 years...the wees and I miss him very much....Izzy was a bit under the weather so I took her to the DVM today..UTI ....so started her on pain meds and antibiotics for 8 days.........the bill for the office visit and pain meds $6...the antibiotic from the pharmacy...$2.80 ....of course I got the kiss from Dr Franklin at the start of the visit and at the end of the visit LOL...much different than what I paid in Canada....we have been having parades over the last two days and the town is gearing up for the holidays....lots of celebrations will be taking place and lots of fireworks....

    We havent missed the cold and snow at all...poor Wayne is certainly dealing with it though....hope you all had a good holiday....2 nights ago I saw a camper truck...first camper I have seen so far !

    I hope in spite of Wayne's absence you enjoyed your holiday.
    All the best in the new year and I pray Wayne settles the house
    sale and joins you and the wee's.
    It is different isn't it, celebrating with no snow and cold, it took us a bit to get use to it but now I will take a walk on a warm beach any day to the snow and cold of New York.

    Lol...Wayne is my husband...we moved to Ecuador from Northern Ontario...our house sale fell thru so he had to return to Canada to try and sell it..we just can't leave it unattended ...We have two one eyed chihuahuas...Izzy also has a pacemaker and pulmonary hypertension so I get a bit worried if she develops any other health issues...we are living right at the ocean...we sold our RV before we moved and I do miss it...haven't seen any here at all..
