We have some idiot neighbors on the other side of the 10 ft privacy fence that for some stupid reason brought home a pit bull that stays tied up 24/7/365 and barks constantly.
Talking with these worthless individuals is not an option, they operate on a sub-human level of intelligence.
Hopefully this will stop the barking. We had one in the past that we got when we brought our dog home 7 years ago and the dog still does not bark to this day and we long since gave the old bark repeller away.
Good luck to the OP, some people think everyone should enjoy the noise from an ignored animal.
If this is people's idea of getting a dog, then just don't.
