Even if there are no "animal specific" laws about this, it still constitutes disturbing the peace or a public nuisance.
If you continue to get the run-around, contact your County Board rep. and then the Board chairman.......then the local TV station.
And I can NOT agree that letting it go would be a good solution for anybody. How would you then feel if it attacked a kid down the block ???
