Yard/property is unfenced so now you have untied a dog and allowed it to roam free......
Maybe get hit by vehicle as it runs out in the street
Maybe attack/kill another person's pet
Maybe attack/maim/disfigure a child
It's obvious you don't care or you would have thought better of untying someboby's property and turning it loose.
