Biscuit, I DO Care. It angers me to see an animal tied up all day every day. And YES, I would do that. and, if I could, I would tie the people who tie that dog up to that tree for all day every day and see how they like it. Tieing a dog up will make it into a mean dog. If you don't like it, that's YOUR opinion, but now I have made sure you have heard mine, and we are both entitled to our OWN opinion. so, there you have it dear one. I would still do the very same thing. someone has to stand up for animals that are being ABUSED. and that DOG is.
