Whether the dog is or isn't a "service dog" or an "aggressive breed" is NOT the issue here. The issue is that an authorized representative of the CG was informed in advance that the OP was bringing dogs, and was told what breed the dogs were. She was given ample opportunity to ask any and all questions she may have had. In the end, she said it would be okay to bring the dogs, and she accepted the deposit for the reservations. The CG should have honored the reservation without question or comment.
