kcmoedoe: I am not going to argue with further. When you have investigated,say, 300 bite cases, come back and we can discuss it again. I guarantee you will have a different perspective on the subject.
Perhaps I misspoke. When I stated to place the "blame" what I meant was to determine the root cause for the bite. Often, it was with the human side of the equation.
A two year old can be taught not to put his/her hand on a hot stove. He/she can also learn some basic "bite proofing."
Until then, my silence doesn't mean that I quit... It simply means that I don't want to argue with people who just don't want to understand!!!
