Have your vet check her for cushings disease. That can cause personality changes and cause an older dog to act like that. We had a puppy mill dog that reverted to that behavior because of the disease. It can be treated. Please see your vet and explain this change.
When another of our dogs went blind, we noticed it at night first as she would use her nose to find the edge of the deck steps to go into the yard to do her business. She never reacted to unknown noises, touches or movement nearby like that. She would bark at something that startled her.
