Ok, I found this guy. He is in the pound in Ridgley 21660 you can find him on petfinder Would this be a pit bull? I have to look at him Thursday My Dad and his girlfriend went down there today and said he is adorable and takes a few minutes to warm up to someone. He doesn't bark at you like some do that have been abused.The people at the pound love him. His name is Levi. Here is the video address.
