So sorry for your loss. As Pawz said, pancreatitis can be a devastating disease and even with proper treatment often the results are heartbreaking.
Add the diabetes and cushing's, this was a terribly complicated situation.
With inflammation in the pancreas, the natural output of insulin probably fluctuated radically resulting in all the different glucose readings. The sky high cortisol could also have caused flare ups. The oil certainly wouldn't help, but there was so much going on here I'm not sure there would have been any different outcome. Just really hard situation, again I'm sorry you and your little girl went through this.
