He came from the same breeder who raised Jimmy - they're both Mini-Australian Shepherds x mini-Poodles. Yeah - expensive mutts ;-) I have owned Aussies for almost 40 years and love the breed - but the poodle cross hopefully gives them a longer life and seems to knock down that Aussie aloofness-with-strangers. And they don't shed - not that shedding is a deal-breaker, because I own a Cattle Dog - the sheddiest dog ever!!
