BenBen has continued to tolerate his chemo and seems pretty normal most of the time. Wednesday he gets and ultra sound of his liver to tell us what we hope is true - he is in remission!! Then he will go to an every other week schedule. There are still no problems in his actual lymph nodes. Barb and the 4 chocolates

And you know I knew BenBen was a fella so I'm not sure why I typed that other than I was thinking of hugs from Lucy...sorry, he is such a handsome boy.
Yes he will cross the bridge some day just as all our babies will but the longer we have them the better, especially these larger breeds, they never live long enough.

I know that he will go to the bridge in the future, but this is giving much more time. The chemo doesn't seem that rough on him and he is in good health in other ways. He seems to be a happy, healthy senior dog. I am glad we are able to pay for the chemo and have such good results. By the way, Sher, BenBen is male!! He doesn't care what you call him, though!! Here is a picture of a young BenBen, but we are all sleeping better!!
