Papers needed to cross into Canada with 2 dogs?

Papers are good for 30 days, not 10. According to the new Canadian rules, all you need is proof of rabies vac. but not all customs agents know this.

Of all my trips to Canada, I've only been asked once for pet papers (and it's obvious I have dogs, one rides in the front passenger seat), and that was just for rabies.
