It has two dog parks, one large and one small, a dog washing station, large laundry room, a large pool, various sport courts, a fitness center, a restaurant/grill (fast food type of foods) next to the pool, evening happy hour, etc. You can have fun there, without ever going to the beach, if you desire. It's also near a lot of fun things to do in the area and right off I-75.
