I don't like any tag attached to the collar that is not part of the collar. They can get snagged and contribute to strangulation risk in kennel carriers. I use the tag that is riveted to the collar. There are a bunch of companies that carry them. I have my cell number, email address, "REWARD", and "On medicine." Then on the collar, I will write down with a sharpy any additional information when traveling. It will come off with alcohol but seems to be water proof.
