I will have 4 days to spend with the litter while we're at the sheepdog trial where we are meeting the breeder. Between getting a new pup, visiting with my parents (coming up from Chicago), and getting a long weekend away from work it will be a nice vacation.
Last weekend I worked my butt off putting up hot wire inside of the perimeter of our largest field in order to keep Wendy at home. She continued to dig new holes under fence that was not wired. This was after a weekend where she was gone all day; she was up on the neighbor's front porch sleeping off pumpkin pie given to her by our 96 year old neighbor.
