A less salty alternative would be strained chicken or turkey baby food. Most dogs regard it as ambrosia and the texture makes it mix readily over most anything.:R:S:)
- In dog bowl, mix chicken or turkey ambrosia with regular kibble.
- Serve to Miss Gretchen.
- Miss Gretchen sniffs lovingly prepared food.

Ditto on the less salty food. If she's still on the pred she's drinking and peeing. That food would only make her drink more and pee more!!!
Really, go to the store and pick up a couple of jars of chicken baby food. You won't regret it. All that money on the food you are throwing out you could buy 10 cases of baby food that she WILL eat.
I can get dogs on their death beds to eat baby food.
When you open the lid, stand back!! They go crazy over the smell. You can add just one tablespoon of this stuff to ANYTHING and they will eat it!

That she is well, it wasn't serious and it is treatable.
.....now go out and buy at least one jar of the baby food!!:W
