RVers don't like cats
Very few RVers like cats. I notice that very few will even acknowledge that I'm out walking my cat, or just sitting with her. They walk by like she's not even there - the same way I treat most do...

Just because folks travel with dogs and not cats, doesn't mean they don't like cats. Cats generally don't travel as well, don't usually like to be on a leash (you should have them on a leash!), and generally don't like strangers. Not sure what your complaint or observation is getting at.
