Any positive results using SAME with dog with dementia. Going to try Hills b/d food as well. Any other suggestions. I know not a cure but hoping to maintain quality of life a little longer.

It's worth trying. I'd also recommend Anipryl and/or Cholodin. I've had patients that have had significant improvement in symptoms taking these medications. Talk to your vet.
