Urinary Incontinence can be a frustrating problem.
Sometimes getting the UTI cleared up eliminates the incontinence and no further medication is needed. But there are some that need life long medications.
PPA (Proin) is usually an effective therapy. I prefer DES or Incurin in most cases as it can be maintained at a once or twice a week dose with little chance of side effects.
