Our oldest was on this for a couple of years when she was around 10 (she is now 13). I forgot to bring her meds one weekend camping and noticed that she wasn't leaking anymore so I stopped giving her the daily dose. Think it may be because as she has gotten older she doesn't exercise as much and probably has reduced her water intake.
