Both are prescription. The DES is not used in people except in very limited circumstances so the patients I have on it get it through a compounding pharmacy. The Incurin is a very new drug, but works like the DES as a hormone replacement. It probably would be available through your vet (if they carry it) or through an online vet pharmacy with a prescription.
