Interesting idea. We have a collection of runners and area rugs that we strategically place at home and in the RV with our geriatric guys. They learn pretty fast to walk on the rugs rather than the slick floors.
Many of the newer RVs have very little or no carpeting. I get that it's really easier to keep clean and wears longer than carpet, but it's not a good thing for any of our dogs, young or especially the old ones.
