we have rented a condo ...a couple we have been in FB contact with notified us when the condo came available...it is much bigger than we need...3 bed/baths plus maid room/bath but being right on the beach made it very desirable for us...no more 2 1/2 hr drives to the beach for us LOL ..WIFI is available and our condo manager has advised how to go about getting it in place...there are lots of expats from every country...unfortunately our house sale fell thru so Wayne will be returning to Canada until the sale happens...the wees and I will be on our own in a strange land...but will have lots of help from the other expats...its a fairly tight community...our condo looks out onto the pacific ocean...Salinas yacht club to one side and Ballenita to the other...a fellow who is a neighbour posted pics the other day of tall ships straight out from our place...and a submarine LOl..
