started on our travels

We arrived in Ottawa after a long 8 hr drive...awoke at home Friday morn to find a terrible snowstorm... so the first 3 hrs of driving were very slow...but then the weather cleared....we now are officially cleared to be free of disease LOL I have the government certificate to prove it LOL On Monday momma goes to the embassy and then we fly out on Wednesday...should be on the beach by Thursday afternoon...

    I'm excited for you! Will you be staying at a hotel when you get there? Is WiFI widely available? We have much to learn from your reports. Who knows? You might inspire some of us to follow you! Wishing you safe travels and happy times ahead!

    So happy for you guys... be safe, have fun and enjoy your retirement down there and don't forget to post lots of pics and updates.
