Teaching an old dog new tricks
BF and I recently rescued a dog. She is part pit and part traveling salesman from what I can tell. I'll post a pic and you all can give me your best guess. Also, I'm guessing she's around 5 years old....

They make something called a scat pad, I bought one to keep the cats off the leather couch. It works wonderfully.
It has a nine volt battery in it and if they step on the pad it gives them a small jolt.
It comes in different sizes, this one I think it a 60", does the job.
I have had it for about 4 years, goes through a 9v battery about every 4 to 5 months.
Liberty is a really pretty dog, apparently she came from a home that did not have any rules, doesn't make her a bad dog that needs to be thrown away again. None of this is her fault, you took on the responsibility and I applaud you for that but it may take some time for her to adhere to and learn your rules. I'm sure she will given the time and chance to do so.

I cannot tell you where I bought it, I remember I googled it and found several sites that sell them.
