The problem with being hospitalized

I am a volunteer Ombudsman that advocate for the elderly or not so elderly in a nursing home. My little dog, Chicklet goes with me for visits. Once I walk in the door the word gets around she, Chicklet is in the building. Many tell me all about the dog or dogs they have had & how much they miss them. I have gotten many of the residents families to bring in the owners dog in the home. Many of the families will drop the dog off for a couple of hours. Even the ones whom had cats like seeing Chicklet.
