I AM the vet and had to go through many of the same things when we adopted Jill. I think they let some things slide a little (no home visit but we provided pictures of our house and yard :B) and they loved the RV (we actually got her at a campground in St. Louis).
Now I don't feel so bad!! If a rescue is "unsure" about a vet ...
This one bad apple will not keep me from finding the right girl for us, as we have had good luck in the past with rescues (unfortunately, the boxer rescue we went thru before is gone).
