vet prices
I have two dogs, went in today to get their nails trimmed and their two shots. got dewormed and temp taken and it cost me $264 dollars. I thought I was going to need oxygen before I got my debit card ...

Like I said before, I have no problem paying more for a quality vet who works with me and cares about my pets.
Where I have drawn the line is when a vet insists on unnecessary procedures and/or insists on the most invasive procedure when it is not justified in order to pad their bills.
I have found a good vet office that respects me, cares about my pets, and doesn't unnecessarily gouge me. I'll pay more for that any day.
My parrot's vet bills are even higher. But they also treat owls, hawks, etc., so some of the cost is going towards those expenses. I'll pay that any day.
