I agree - PLUS: we have cut pieces of Reflectix insulation to fit our windows. This stuff is awesome - it blocks the sun/heat (or keeps the heat in, in the winter). It's like foil-faced bubble wrap.
The other day, I needed something from the 5er parked out back in the 86-degree sunshine - and I was astonished at how relatively cool it was inside the RV with the reflectix in the windows! I'd guess it was in the mid-70's? Certainly nothing that would have "cooked the dogs".
Disclaimer: our 5er is your basic white RV with some swirly graphics. If it was a dark color - the results would most definitely be different.
