That looks interesting. They require replacement filters though and I have to wonder how long filters will be available if the company ceases. We don't have the space for multiple steel bowls.
I thought I had seen a gravity fed water dispenser like the plastic Bistro with a 2.5 gal jug inserted into a base only in stoneware. Is that still in existence or even one in stainless steel?
Drinkwell has been around for a long time. That doesn't mean they can't or won't go out of business, of course. But they're probably the top manufacturer of water fountains for pets, and have been for years. I have one of their plastic water fountains that's about seven years old and still works fine. It came with filters but I don't use them. The fountain works just as well w/o them.
Petmate makes a one gallon gravity gravity waterer where the reservoir is plastic but the bowl is stainless steel.
Here.
