Our old country vet (now at the Bridge) told us he had patients who lived all their long lives on "Come & Get It" and were perfectly healthy. Then again, he had some other patients who were fed the most expensive premium commercial products and had all sorts of medical issues. He speculated that the results are partly genetic and partly just plain luck.
