What do we know about "mange"

We do oxygen therapy frequently but in short stints for acute situations. I don't know how it would affect long term CHF symptoms and have not heard of anyone doing this. I know oxygen is used in people for CHF and COPD. I suspect the effects would be short terms enough that it wouldn't be very effective unless being used almost full time.
