I agree with getting professional help. It's the only thing that has ANY chance of resolving this issue.
What you think is aggression isn't always aggression. Sometimes it's fear. Sometimes it's possessiveness. Sometimes it's something else. Getting a professional to work with you and your dog will teach you to understand what is going on in the dog's head. And knowing that will go a long way to dealing with the problem correctly.
This isn't a straight on death sentence IF you have the ability and willingness to do what it takes. That might mean having to change your lifestyle at least temporarily. Only you know what you are willing to do for your dog.
