And a sign/symptom of some medical issues (hypothyroidism is a common one) can be aggression.
I don't think anyone who knows anything about dogs is "dancing around" saying the dog should be euthanized. No one can or should make such a recommendation based on nothing but an internet description.
I'm not going to say it should be put down but it is clearly a threat to other animals and people if it turns on its owner to get at another animal. I would never take a animal like that out in public.
